The OBT Help Anywhere tool allows a member of our
team to view your desktop and share control of your mouse
and keyboard to provide remote assistance.
The OBT Help Anywhere tool is an executable file.
The application only needs to be downloaded and executed
on your computer (by clicking on the link below). No installation
or administrator privileges are required.
How to connect:
1. Start the OBT Help Anywhere tool on your computer
by clicking on the link below and select to run the downloaded
file.
2. Tell your OBT representative your ID and the session
password from the OBT Help Anywhere tool window.
3. Your OBT representative will then be able to view your
screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
4. You can end the screen-sharing session at any time by
clicking the red "X" in the Team Viewer connection
window.
